Smiling Staff
Courteous and well-trained staff at the resort made guests' stay more memorable. The concierge and reception employees went out of their way to help with travel plans and make useful recommendations. Guests celebrating special occasions appreciated kind staff appearing with a cake or small Balinese gift.

Atmospheric Lodgings
Arriving at the resort, guests love being welcomed by a Balinese dancer and musicians in the lobby area. Travelers are also impressed by the open-air lobby with its gentle breeze and mesmerising views to the Indian Ocean. The resort's rooftop and lobby bars have one of the best sunset views in Kuta.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Time for a Spring Clean?
While many guests praise the cleanliness of the resort, others felt rooms could do with a deep clean. Visits by housekeeping staff are less frequent than some would like. Having to ask, sometimes more than once, for attendants to service the room or replace towels and other items is a returning issue.
negative:
Party Town
Most visitors to Kuta know what to expect from this lively island hub, but some weren't too enamored with the noise from the streets and boardwalk next to this town center resort. Others comment on mild disturbances from guests moving around in corridors and neighbouring rooms.
negative:
Melt-Down
The strength of the air-conditioning units in rooms isn't as powerful as some guests would like, but problems are remedied by on-site engineers or by exchanging rooms in worst cases. A lack of AC in some of the public areas also leaves guests feeling a little toasty.
