If you're looking for great customer service you won't be disappointed here. The staff are approachable and polite, dealing with any problem or request you have quickly and efficiently.
There are many hotels along the front of Kuta Beach and in the surrounding area, but unfortunately this is not the best of them. You could probably find a better place at a better price if you search around.
One of the biggest problems here is that the owners are not keeping the property correctly maintained, so it is already starting to look tatty. Thorough cleaning and fixing broken fittings would be a great start to get this place back on track.
If you need to use the internet while staying at Dekuta you're in for an infuriating time. The free Wi-Fi rarely works in the rooms and is mind-numbingly slow.
