In addition to friendly staff, guests thought the concierge services were top notch. The personnel are knowledgeable and can give you good recommendations for thing to do and places to eat.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Nighttime Noise
Luxe is located near the train tracks, and the noise from them is reported to be a nuisance in the back-side rooms. A few guests also complained about hearing their neighbors and hallway traffic well, though most guests didn't have a problem. If you're a sensitive sleeper, ask for a room facing away from the train tracks, on a higher floor, and bring earplugs as a precaution.
negative:
Limited Space
The parking onsite is limited, based on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the spaces can seem tight if you have a large car. However, there is plenty of easy street parking right next to the hotel.
negative:
No Coffee, Okay Breakfast
Unfortunately, there are no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms, only in the breakfast area. Furthermore, the continental breakfast is reported to be very simple, light in variety and somewhat carb-heavy.
