Hotel Lindo Mar Resort (Puerto Vallarta, Mexico)

Guests enjoyed the ocean view restaurant that is also open-air. The food was food and they enjoyed the buffet food as well. The views from the restaurant are also panoramic and tranquil.

Guests were happy to have fully-equipped rooms that included private balconies and kitchens. Guests were able to feel at home since most of the spaces were available. There are also living/dining areas in the rooms, and guests who wanted comfort were provided with enough space.

Guests enjoyed having a beachfront location in Conchas Chinas, and were walking distance from the ocean. They felt the property was comfortable for this activity and enjoyed their views and swims. They could also take a taxi or bus to the central area.

Guests felt the resort was in need of updates that would make the building a great place to stay in. They felt the elevator was very slow and at times would not work at all. The furnishings and flooring could also use a new replacement.

Guests did not enjoy the palm trees that were around the pool area obstructing the ocean views. They also felt the pool needed more shade and that it should be bigger.

Guests did not like that they had to pay for the Wi-Fi if they wanted to use it. If they did pay the fee, the Internet was not available in the rooms. They did not feel that this kind of service should be available in a hotel.
