A number of guest reviewers who got a great night's sleep at the hotel made special mention of the super comfy beds.

The hotel is centrally located in the party district! Guests in San Diego for a good time mentioned how well situated the hotel was to grab a drink. It is within easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants.

Previous guest reviewers made remarks about the friendly and professional staff at the hotel. It seems that during their stay staff would go above and beyond to meet the needs of their guests.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Gaslamp area and is bordered by eateries and bars which turn into nightclubs after food service has finished. A number of guest reviewers did not get any sleep due to the booming DJ sets which went well into the early hours of the morning.

Some guest reviewers commented that they made specific requests on reservation only to discover that once at the hotel these requests had not been accommodated. A number of reviewers expressed similar frustrations.

Notwithstanding that many guest felt that this was a hip hotel in the center of the action, a number of guests found the hotel's styling overdone and not at all functional. Some guest reviewers commented that the amenities were not at all user friendly and they had trouble navigating the gadgets in their rooms!
