If you like to shop then you will love the location of the hotel. Within a five-minute walk of the property are Zen Central World, Central Chidlom and Gaysorn Shopping Centre while Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Pratunam Market can all be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot.

There are a number of eateries at the property and visitors point out that each one is great while managing to offer you something different. Tables Grill offers table-side cooking to give you dinner and a show while the breakfast was also complemented by travellers.

Guests say the facilities available at the hotel are superb and offer plenty of variety. There is a fitness centre that has a full range of workout equipment along with an exercise studio and personal training instructors available. The property is also equipped with a saltwater pool and spa where you can unwind with a massage treatment.

A handful of visitors say they smelled traces of smoke in their accommodations which were not overpowering but still unwelcome nonetheless.

The employees at the hotel do their job but don't seem to be having much fun in the process according to some guests who add that for a country known as the “Land of Smiles" they seem to be in short supply at the property.

A few travellers were unhappy with the standard of the housekeeping at the hotel saying that they could miss a spot here or there. While the rooms aren't overly dirty, more consistency is needed when they are being tidied up.
