As you step out of the hotel, you can decide whether you want to travel by bus or train as both the stations are convenient to get to from the hotel. Guests have really appreciated this easy accessibility of public transport.

Cramped rooms
As reported by past guests, the rooms at this property are cramped. There is not enough storage space and guests have found it difficult to move around the room especially with kids. Moreover, the bathroom doesn't have enough space to take a proper shower.

The on-site restaurants at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok have been able to treat visitors from all over the world, but some of the guests didn't like the food taste. In certain instances, guests have reported of poor food quality.

Some of the past guests have experienced delay in check-in and check-out process as there was only one front office person available. It took longer than usual for guests to get to their room which annoyed them big time.
