At the start of Ireland's great adventure, the wild Atlantic Way, explore some of the most beautiful coastline in the south west. It is about 30 miles southwest of Cork, and 15–20 minutes drive east from the town of Clonakilty. Courtmacsherry village is one of the true gems of West Cork - it has a wealth of natural beauty and activities such as sailing, kayaking, horse riding, boat hire, angling, beautiful walks, beaches and coves, shore fishing, local bars and restaurants and a huge variety of local clubs and societies that offer a warm welcome to all.
