Guests say that the Holiday Inn Select Clearwater-St. Petersburg Arpt is in a convenient location as it has proximity to the Tampa area, Western and Southern beaches of Pinellas County. There is plenty of gas and food choices close by to the hotel as well.

They helped guests right from their Checking-in time till Check-out. The food at the bar of the hotel was also appreciated by guests, as well as the airport shuttle service.

Many guests said that while the exterior of the hotel with its dingy and gray look, failed to impress them, the interiors amazed them. The hotel was incredibly attractive, visually appealing and gorgeous, compelling them to visit again.

Issues with insects and pest spray in rooms
The hotel has ants and bugs. Guests found the fumes of pest control spray prevalent in the rooms. They feel that the management should make sure to let the fumes out of the rooms before allotting them to guests ensuring that it is safe for people and pets.

Air conditioning does not cool enough
Some guests had issues with the air conditioning in their rooms as it did not cool the rooms sufficiently. Many of them could not use the laundry room and avail the facilities as the room was flooded from the rains.

Many of the guests are not happy that breakfast is not included in the price. They find the rates steep. Several guests say that the shampoo provided in the bathrooms was a used bottle. For the amenities available guests feel they do not get value for their money.
