    Guests felt the old town location was ideal to explore the city. They were walking distance from various shops, restaurants, as well as the historical attractions and public transportation options.

    The rooms were found to be clean and cosy by guests. The daily housekeeping did a good job of cleaning and the beds were also comfortable to sleep on. It was a comfortable room setting to have a tranquil stay in.

    The staff were found to be friendly and willing to help guests with requests and questions. They also helped with tour and transportation arrangements for good prices. They were found to be professional people who ran a nice hotel.

    Awkward Plumbing

    Guests felt the shower needed to be redesigned and repaired. They had problems with the hot water, with the water overflowing and with the bad plumbing issues. They did not enjoy having problems with basic plumbing that could be resolved.

    The rooms were found to be small by guests who found it difficult to move around with the luggage and find good space. Some rooms were also thought to be too dark and the rooms with windows were nice for natural lighting. If there was more than one person it felt cramped inside.
