Negative Reviews
negative:
Not quite in the centre of Hanoi.
If you want to stay slap bang in the middle of the action that Hanoi has to offer then you might find you're a bit too far out at this hotel. Check what attractions you'd like to see in the Vietnamese capital before you decide to book.
negative:
The soundproofing between the rooms isn't great.
The walls are a little thin at this place, perhaps because the building is quite old, which means that you can sometimes hear the TV blaring in the room next to you. If you do want to enjoy a good sleep without being disturbed then pack some earplugs.
negative:
This hotel is starting to show its age.
It seems that this hotel has changed owners over the years, and it is definitely starting to look dated in areas. Proper maintenance and some refurbishment would get this place looking as good as it should for a five star hotel.
