    Guests rave about the clean, nicely furnished rooms with all the comforts of home. Even numbered rooms afford views of the Intracoastal Waterway, and on the highest floors (20 and up), you can see the Atlantic Ocean.

    The hotel is ideally situated within a short walk to the white sandy beaches, shopping, and dining for which the area is known. The water taxi, and valet parking with in/out privileges are perfect for guests venturing a little further.

    Several guests would have much preferred to pay a slightly higher nightly rate rather than trouble with additional fees for various services such as Wi-Fi and valet parking.

    Because the hotel affords excellent views of the Intracoastal Waterway, it opens its doors to a certain number of additional guests who wish to view the Winterfest Boat Parade but do not intend to spend the night.
