Whiskey Pete's Hotel & Casino (Primm, USA)

Whiskey Pete's is a great place for families because there are things to do for all ages. Guests reported that the grounds are well-maintained, the entertainment is great, there's a number of facilities including several restaurants, a pool, a casino and a roller coaster and the atmosphere is light and fun.

The rooms are very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. Guests also reported that the bathrooms are large with lots of water pressure and hot water in the showers and the walls are soundproof. .

Guests reported feeling very welcome as soon as they entered the main lobby. Staff are readily available to provide a quick and easy check-in and they provide lots of advice about things to do and ways to save money. Also reported was bar staff who are experts at recommending the right whiskey and other beverages to guests and maintenance staff who fix problems right away. .

The rooms at Whiskey Pete's are old-fashioned and guests reported a number of issues including a large amount of dust around furnishings, loud air conditioning units that don't work properly, a smell of stale cigarette smoke, burnt out light bulbs, stained and tattered bedding and small towels. .

This hotel is poorly-run due to incompetent staff members who don't seem to care about guests or the hotel itself. Guests reported that there were issues with overbooking rooms and not being able to find reservations that were made in advance, issues that go unresolved or take a long time to be resolved with no apologies offered and long waits to be checked in. .

The location of this hotel is not ideal as it's quite far from the main attractions that people want to see in the area. Guests reported that the Las Vegas Strip is a long drive away and there isn't much to do in the area of the hotel. .
