Not Worth The Extra Expense
You can upgrade to a room with a water view for an additional expense, but it's really not worth it.

No Breakfast, Not Cool
Cafes and the like open up late in the day. It would be nice if the hotel offered a simple breakfast. Perhaps something light not too complicated.

There Are A Few Things Missing
What's with the Amtrak train blowing the horn regardless of the time? It's can be quite distracting doing the late night. The walls are thin, the bed mattress is not the most comfortable, and some of the décor is sharp in order to fit the nautical theme. This could possibly be dangerous. Regardless of the modern theme, the hotel could do with a bit of updating. The location can be noisy as the Jack London Square is filled with people. Basically, the hotel is a bit expensive seeing that it could do with some updating. There has also been complaints of dirty linens and low water pressure while showering.
