For the most part, staff are said to be friendly and
helpful. There are numerous examples in the reviews of staff going the extra

Negative Reviews
negative:
Bathrooms can be frustrating
There are lots of reviews that expression frustration with the bathrooms. The bathrooms are variously described as small and cramped, while reference are made to the shower heads being broken too. To cap it off, getting consistent hot water seems to be a problem here too.
negative:
Generally rundown
Regarding the rooms in general, lots of guests have said the fixtures and fittings are not in the best of shape. Some drawers are broken, for example, and some guests have said wires trail around the rooms. The décor is said to be old-fashioned too. In short, a lick of paint is needed.
negative:
Limited parking
On the one hand, car parking is free. However, there are
only a limited number of spaces available and it is on a first come, first
served basis.
