This inn is in an ideal location for a short weekend break. You can sit outside with a drink or enjoy a walk along the river. There's very little noise from traffic which makes it a great place to get a great night's rest.

It may look like pub grub on the menu, but it's far above the standard fare you'll find down the local pub. The menu has plenty of options for all, and the main meals are cooked to perfection. The prices are quite reasonable too.

The people that work here know all there is to know about the small hotel business. They do their very best to keep everyone happy while still maintaining a very professional attitude to their work. This is one of the reasons that guests would like to return to this inn.

There isn't really anywhere to park near this hotel which is very frustrating for many of the guests that stay here. They said that they had to park in town and walk back to the hotel which is far from ideal especially when paying so much for a room.

Some guests have absolutely loved the food at this inn, but there have been others who found the breakfasts to be quite disappointing. They said that the morning eggs, in particular, were very poor. It's a pity because otherwise it's a great place.
