The accommodating and helpful staff at Quorn Lodge in Melton Mowbray have all been described by guests as warm and welcoming. From the moment you arrive you will feel like part of the family, without feeling like it's an intrusion.

Felt like a princess
Some visitors are pleasantly surprised by being upgraded for no apparent reason soon after check-in, at this little hotel. One lady in particular, who was travelling alone, said she felt like a princess with a four-poster bed all to herself.

Everything you could possibly need
If you don't want to pack the entire kitchen sink, then this hotel is where you need to be. Guests have said that everything you need in a room is there. You will have tea/coffee facilities at your disposal, as well as a hairdryer and free Wi-Fi.

No lift available
Unfortunately there is no lift available for guests to get to the upper floors at Quorn Lodge, so if you have heavy luggage the staff will gladly assist you to get to your room. Some guests were a bit annoyed when they could not find a staff member to help.

The decor has been described as quite 80's, and some visitors would like to see an update in terms of furnishings and fittings at this little hotel. Many guests believe this accommodation has loads of potential, and feel an upgrade will do wonders.

Cheap toilet paper
There have been a couple of complaints regarding the quality of the toilet paper here. Guests have said that it is rather thin, and would have preferred toilet paper of much higher standard. Regardless; it does get replenished, along with towels and linens whenever necessary.
