Guests aren't too pleased with how the staff treat them. Customer service is poor, with staff not overtly friendly or approachable, and seemingly of little to no assistance with anything during one's stay. They have also been reported as being difficult if you need to dispute charges.
Even though you may not expect much from budget accommodations, this place disappoints on a much greater level because of the condition of the rooms. Everything from unclean beds and furniture and stained towels and linens, to dirt, grime, dust, and trash are clearly noticeable upon check-in. The bathrooms are also dirty, bearing signs of previous use, and indications of mould.
A common complaint is the strong lingering odour of cigarette smoke that permeates the rooms. Be careful of this if you are sensitive to it, since it doesn't seem to go away so quickly or easily.
