Negative Reviews
negative:
Thin walls and lack of sufficient sound-proofing can be a problem.
Room walls are thin and there is a definite lack of adequate sound-proofing which means that even the slightest noise can be heard through the walls.
negative:
Lack of proper ventilation in some rooms can lead to unwanted noise.
A light snack menu is served in the sitting room, but the options are limited and, some may find, unimaginative. The room minibar, on the other hand, is another matter entirely; with one reviewer describing the contents as "Willy Wonka-esque".
negative:
Non-room guests must pay for Wi-Fi access.
The hotel is open to the public (known as customers) who often use the hotel for quick meetings and light meals. However, while wireless internet is available to room guests on a complimentary basis, a surcharge is imposed on non-room guests.
