The staff is lovely and helpful and ready to go out of the way say guests.  The members are great with kids and attend to their every need. The place is well maintained and meets high standards of service and quality. Many guests say that the breakfast is superb, fresh and has such a varied selection that they are spoilt for choice.

Guests love the rooms, which they say are well designed and attractive. The bathrooms are mirrored and appear chic. They also find the spa facilities of the hotel delightful. They say the massages and Turkish bath are an amazing experience and the spa manager is very helpful and accommodating.

Many guests say that the rooms are very small. There is a massive pillar in the middle of the rooms further decreasing floor space. Guests say that the bathrooms have a gap underneath, which guests feel affects their privacy. Owing to the small size of the rooms, guests say that they can hear everything outside the rooms including the sound of breeze.

The breakfast was not liked by several guests as the buffet has the same food every day. They also say that it is definitely not of a five-star quality.

The pool of the hotel is quite small. Also although the hotel is in a great location for historical sites, guests say they cannot have a night life as there are no restaurants and bars around.
