positive:
Location great for getting around Shibuya
The accommodation was regularly judged to be in a great location overall. Along with plenty of stores and restaurants in the surrounding area, the hotel is also within comfortable walking distance of points of interest such as the Shibuya Scramble Crossing and Meiji Jingu.
positive:
Clean and tidy throughout
Other than reports on the odd occasion about the smell of smoke, the hygiene levels of the hotel were often commended by past guests. The rooms in particular were generally seen as really clean and well-maintained.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms on the small side
Whilst it a normal disadvantage with standard accommodation choices in the city, this has still not stopped former visitors from feeling upset about the size of the accommodation’s rooms. It has been noted that the rooms are typically cramped with little in the way of moveable space.
negative:
Noise can be an issue
Although it was said to be located in a quiet location, noise has still proven to be an issue at times for previous guests that stayed at the hotel. This was often attributed to the limited soundproofing of the rooms, with it said that noise from other rooms can be disruptive.
negative:
Pricey with few facilities
According to overall opinion, the cost of staying at the accommodation was somewhat expensive for what was received. The lack of public facilities, such as a fitness centre or spa, was used on occasion as a way to highlight this negative aspect.
