The rooms are generally described as very clean, with comfortable, contemporary furniture. The beds are plush and outfitted with crisp white linens, and the bathrooms are spacious.

A few guests were irritated to find that Wi-Fi is not included in the nightly rate, and found the additional fee to be unreasonable, given the price range of the five star accommodations. Others were similarly dismayed by a fee for late checkout.

A few guests were surprised to find that the hotel does not offer valet parking. The self-parking lot is not far off, though there is no indoor access, so a few guests visiting in the winter found it inconvenient.

Though most guests enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the restaurant, a few found it a bit pricey. Most guests who stayed at Club level and accessed the complimentary breakfast in the Club lounge enjoyed it, though a few wished for greater selection.
