Conversation hitches with the staff.
Some staff members have poor English comprehension and verbal skills which makes it difficult to communicate effectively with English-speaking guests. This is not only inconveniencing for guests but can be pretty embarrassing as well.
negative:
Mandatory dishes and abrupt room rate changes.
Some guests have reported that the hotel forces guests to have mandatory meals for which they charge high rates. Room rates can change frequently over the course of a few days which leaves some guests feeling cheated.
negative:
Dead corals in the waters.
Some guests were disappointed that many of the corals in the waters surrounding the hotel are dead while others reported that marine life was sparse. The lack of waves on several occasions also made it difficult to enjoy some water sports.
