The hotel is at a walkable distance from the train station. Guests also find the tram facilities convenient as it is frequent and handy and stops right outside the hotel.

The apartments are very roomy with large beds. The balconies are lovely with nice views. The kitchen facilities are great with a dishwasher present as well. Guests like that they have a Wi-Fi router present in the rooms. They appreciate the basement parking in the property which they find very secure. Overall guests say that they get good value for money and would definitely stay at the hotel again when in the area.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Guests say that they are nice enough to accommodate even late Check-ins.

The locality is less than pleasant as guests say there are undesirable people hanging about and staring at guests as they walk past. Guests, especially solo travellers, did not feel safe. The area is dirty and noisy too.

The elevator is rather small and constantly in use. Guests also find it inconvenient as it does not reach the ground level where the entrance is.

Some guests had hot water problems, some said the position of the shower head in the bathrooms causes water to spray all over. The walls and floor get wet and drips out making the bathroom floor wet.
