Guests loved the big apartments with a nice balcony or terrace with a view of the beach and both the pools. They loved the overall look and presentation of both the buildings in the resort complex. Beach was very close to the resort, which made it very accessible.

There were many restaurants to eat around and Jaggy Thistle was the favorite among the guests. Meson Del Mar was just opposite to the hotel and guests loved the meal as well as the beautiful beachside view. Rhine and Churchill Bars were also a popular choice among guests.

Guests loved the fact that rooms could be booked directly from the official website of the resort without any hassle. Staff was very pleasant and friendly eager to lend a helping hand.

Few guests had a problem operating the electric kettle and ring cooker. They also experienced tripping of electrics when the kettle and toaster were plugged in together. Ring cooker took a lot of time to heat up.

Many guests reported that their rooms were not cleaned regularly, bed sheets were not changed even after two days and there was dust and dirt under the beds. Some of the guests also felt that the rooms smelled of smoke all the time.

Pools were not very clean and well maintained. Guests were skeptical before letting their kids use the pool. Sun loungers around the pool were in a bad state. Not having a free Wi-Fi connection was found to be a little inconvenient by most of the guests.
