Guests really seemed to like the location of the complex. They reported that it was a relatively short and straightforward walk to the beach and that the city's Old Town, with its amenities and charm, was even closer.

It was very rare to find a guest complaining about the cleanliness of their apartment on check-in. On the contrary, even those who admitted to being a little “OCD” in this regard reported that they simply couldn't find fault with the cleanliness.

An extraordinary number of guests highlighted this somewhat ordinary feature as being especially noteworthy. It seems that they had experienced a shortage of hot water at other large holiday apartment complexes before and were happy to report that this one had plenty of hot water…on tap.

A large number of guests staying for up to a week mentioned that they did not see a cleaner, or even get their towels and sheets changed at all during the whole time they stayed there. They would clearly have been happier with the apartments being serviced more frequently.

Several guests mentioned that the reception desk was only open limited hours. This could cause some anxiety for those arriving outside this time, and also meant that guests sometimes found no staff available when they had a query or concern

Many guests mentioned that they couldn't find any food or drink onsite. While there are plenty of bars and cafes nearby, many would have liked to be able to order a drink or light meal when lazing by the pool.
