Chelsea Bridge Apartments is quite well situated for public transport into central London. It is located at a five minute walking distance from Battersea Park train station and close to various good restaurants, pubs and shops. Central London can be reached conveniently and guests may easily travel to any part of London, because of good transportation near hotel.

The staff is very friendly and polite helping you with directions, suggesting places to visit and how to get to different places, putting everything aside and serving you first. When it comes to tackling any problem, they become even more attentive and efficient, solving every issue promptly.

Although guests loved the spacious and well-equipped apartments however, since the apartments are on the main road the traffic noise coming from outside is really disturbing even at night.

Guests complained about the internet connectivity in the rooms to be quite slow and inconsistent which is quite frustrating for business travelers. The Wi-Fi connection is not very good leading to guest's dissatisfaction.

There are some minor issues were highlighted by the guests like shower didn't work, plugs in basin were broken, faulty working bulb and lamps, paid parking, iPod docks only for iPhone 4  etc. However, the guests also felt that these issues did not really affect their short stay and hotel is good for the price paid.
