For proximity to the Grand Canyon, this property is unbeatable. It's also close to a great steak house, as well having its own restaurant.

There is a high standard of housekeeping here with a dedicated staff, working hard to maintain that standard. This is a clean hotel, which is repeatedly noticed (and mentioned) by the guests here.

The staff here is highly trained in hospitality with a dedicated customer-service ethic. They have been described as super-friendly and ready to go out of their way to serve the guests to the best of their ability. The restaurant here, and the food in general, gets a huge thumbs up from the guests as being really delicious and tasty.

Some swimmers who took a dip in the inviting pool nearly froze when they did so, as the heater in the pool was not switched on or not working at that time.

It has been noticed that the hotel is very dated looking and also that many of the fixtures and fittings are worn out beyond redemption and need replacing. It has been mentioned overall that the hotel is rather tired looking and could do with a refurbishment to restore its shiny new look.

One of the complaints is that the tariff is rather expensive. Despite the hotel's excellent location near the Grand Canyon, guests feel that high tariff is unreasonable and unfair.
