Finally, the beds at this property were noted to be cosy and comfortable. Most reported excellent sleep quality here and, despite its central location, there were no issues with street noise.
The overall look of this property leaves a lot to be desired. From fixtures and fittings to its décor, many felt that this hotel had a very tired and dated feel to it - especially in the bathroom areas. Most commented that the property would benefit from a total refurbishment.
The amenities - especially the Wi-Fi and air conditioning here - were found to be lacking. Regarding the former point, many struggled to connect to the service and, in terms of the latter, most guests commented that the AC in their rooms just didn't work. This had an impact on the experience of those staying in the summer months.Also, many commented that this property levies additional fees for the use of the gas cooker in kitchen units. Most resented this charge and many felt that the fee was downright churlish.
Finally, there were consistent reports here of lacklustre, disinterested staff. While no incidents of outright rude behaviour occurred, many felt that the team could be friendlier.
