Positive Reviews
positive:
Furnished to a tee.
Although the property is firmly committed to a sense of minimalism in its design, there are still plenty of details for you to appreciate in regards to amenities. The kitchen includes a full set of utensils and dining accessories, and the bathrooms come complete with all the toiletries you'll need.
positive:
In the core of Barcelona.
Many of the city's most popular and renowned destinations can be reached on foot, or with a simple stop at the nearby metro station. Reaching a restaurant, landmark, or souvenir shop couldn't be easier in such a centralised area of the city.
positive:
Contemporary elegance.
All of the furniture, wall decorations, and amenities provided by the complex reinforce a sense of bold, modern style. With a beautiful monochromatic colour scheme and sleek, luxurious furniture in every room, it'll be hard not to fall in love with your apartment.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Overly open layouts.
Some rooms in the apartment units are curiously close together, or lack the appropriate partitioning to allot privacy to individual guests. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom tend to be clustered close together in these units, and bathrooms utilise opaque doors.
negative:
Shower leakage.
The doors mounted on shower stalls have a strange gap near the top and bottom of the frame, allowing water to seep out from under the door and spill across the bathroom tiles. This leads to a great deal of unnecessary cleaning and general frustration.
negative:
Wi-Fi is practically unusable.
Unless you're standing near the front door of the reception area, your Wi-Fi signal will be rather weak. Numerous guests reported the network either disappearing or fading until it was no longer effective, which is a hassle if you intend to use it for business or accessing media.
