The recently inaugurated and contemporary Apartamentos Araco 3000 have a capacity for 4 persons and are provided with an equipped open kitchen with everything you need for your mountain holidays, a full bathroom, and a living room with a television. The apartments are distributed as follows: Apartments for 2-4 persons with a double/twin bedroom (with either a double bed or two single beds) and a sofa that sleeps two in the living and dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic hob, coffee maker, hair dryer, and kitchen utensils. In addition, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. Furthermore, a small cleaning kit for the first few days is also available. The Apartamentos Araco 3000 are found in Pas de la Casa, at an altitude of approximately 2,000 metres and right at the foot of the Grandvalira Ski Resort. This new building, built in 2010 and recently furnished, is found a mere 200 metres away from the ski lifts to access the sector of Pas de la Casa which connects to the neighbouring sector of Grau Roig, enabling you to ski around the entire Grandvalira Ski Resort (210 km).
