Riad La Maison Rouge's general state and cleanliness in the rooms are admired by many guests. Once you enter the room, you will be delighted to see a well-maintained room, with charming decorations and lovely furnishings. Rooms are so beautiful; you might not want to leave it during your stay.

Guests were floored by the attentiveness and dedication of the staff members. They surely set the bar high for high standard of service.

Despite its location at the heart of Marrakech, many guests expressed their amusement at the fact that there is little to no noise inside their rooms. This is because of very good room soundproofing. When you stay here, you can rest easy knowing that you'll have quiet and comfortable sleep.

Make sure the bed in your room is not rock hard once you enter, as some guests expressed this issue. When you are not fully satisfied with your sleeping facilities, you can try requesting for additional modes of cushioning.

There were days that the foods at the restaurant were delicious, while on some days the meals weren't inspired. Some guests even complained that the meals - especially the fish dishes - were served undercooked. If this happens to you, or if you find the foods at the restaurant unsatisfying, try the other dining options outside the establishment.

There is no Wi-Fi signal in the rooms according to many guests. Free Internet access only exists in the lobby, but guests still were unable to connect to the web because of poor and unreliable Internet signal.
