The area surrounding the hotel is well maintained and vibrant. The sea offers guests a relaxing view and many water sport activities such as windsurfing, water skiing and there are personal motorized watercrafts on site. The hotel's design is attractive and has a timeless appeal.

The rooms are modern and very spacious. The sheets and beddings provided are of quality and very luxurious and clean. All of the cable TVs have access to a wide selection of channels to keep you entertained if you choose to stay in.

Guests found the front desk to be sufficiently staffed and their checking in and checking out processes were handled in a quick and efficient manner. The Wi-Fi signal is not consistent and very slow
The wireless internet connection at the hotel is pretty weak in some rooms and the strength of the signal varies throughout the hotel. Some guests complained they had to go to publics places in order to receive better signal. The speed is very also very slow and only suitable for very light users.

Lack of elevator in the building
A number of guests have complained about the lack of an elevator in the building. They also felt that moving up and down can be a bit of a challenge especially for the aged or those who are physically challenged and their rooms were on higher floors.

A few guests raised concerns about the air conditioning. Some thought the unit was quite faulty and that it needed replacing since it couldn't perform as supposed to. Others were very dissatisfied with the temperature controls, especially during the periods when the weather became intolerably hot.
