Negative Reviews
negative:
Adults-only section can cause problems
Guests are generally impressed with the adults-only section of this resort. However, those guests with children were disappointed to realise that many of the restaurants only admit adults too. This limited the on-site dining options fairly considerably.
negative:
Some service related issues
Make no mistake that this is a massive resort and while many guests have rated the standard of service here highly, other have not been quite so impressed. The main problem appears to be that with so many staff, it is difficult to get any member of the team to take full ownership of resolving any problems.
negative:
Hard Rock equalled hard sell for some
Guests occasionally mention that they felt under pressure from staff to attend a timeshare sales presentation, also reported that the staff isn’t averse to calling rooms to try to sell packages and excursions - sometimes as early as 7am. Not all that many people are thrilled by the prospect of fielding sales calls so early in the morning.
