The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk into the heart of the action at Coolangatta and number of previous guests mentioned that they stayed here due to its proximity to Twin Towns Entertainment Complex.
Although the hotel is an older property in the area, many guests have been returning here for years due to its elevated position on the headland and excellent views. Newer guests commented that they thought the hotel was in the right price point for where it is and represented good value for money.
Guests reported a number of problems with the fixtures and fitting in their rooms from loose door handles to ceiling fans that seemed to be dangling on rotation. These guests suggested that maintenance was urgently needed to correct these items.
