The Office is Barely Ever Open
Many guests were frustrated by the fact that the resort's office was almost never open. Some guests said that they couldn't get answers to questions or solutions to problems promptly because of that. So, be prepared for the fact that you may not even see the management during your visit.

Many of the Beds Are Not Comfortable
Several guests said that the beds were lumpy or sagged in the middle. Guests also mentioned that some cabins have couches that pull out into beds. Those are also uncomfortable because they have metal bars that can be felt through the thin mattresses.
