Positive Reviews
positive:
Quality rooms.
Guests find the rooms at the Premier Inn Warrington M6/J21 offer clean and comfortable surroundings. Considering they are so close to the motorway, they are also surprisingly quiet. Aside from a few comments about the size of family rooms, guests also found the rooms spacious.
positive:
Courteous staff.
Front-desk staff seem to go out of their way to ensure guests are enjoying their time at the hotel. Check-in appears to be a fuss-free event and guests are offered all the information they need. Housekeeping staff are also polite.
positive:
Appealing room rates.
The low nightly rates at the hotel hold appeal for those guests with a small budget for their trip. In addition to the reasonable rates, the free parking and Internet access also help keep costs down. Families, in particular, felt that the hotel meal deals offered additional savings.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Slow breakfast service.
Although guests are fairly positive about their dining experience at the hotel, some were a little surprised to find that the breakfast service was short-staffed. This led to food items continually running out and it took a while for them to be replaced.
negative:
Wi-Fi may disappoint.
Several guests mention that they found the free Wi-Fi service frustratingly slow, so slow in fact that they had little option but to pay for the upgraded Wi-Fi access. Unsurprisingly, it would be preferable if premium Wi-Fi was available for free.
negative:
Lack of air-conditioning.
A number of guests found the lack of in-room air-conditioning a problem, particularly when they were trying to get to sleep. The provided fans are noisy and have little effect anyway. Plus, if you open the windows, you’ll be able to hear traffic on the M62.
