Guests of the hotel resort enjoyed beautiful views of Lake Garda and the city that stretches out below the hotel and its grounds. Though about a 25-minute walk from the lake, most of the suites feature panoramic views of Garda and the sparkling lake.

Several guests were not pleased with how far away from the Garda city centre and lake area the hotel is located; although some guests did not mind the 25-minute walk to the lake front, and while there is a shuttle to and from the city (only running at certain times of the day), most would recommend renting a car.
