Positive Reviews
positive:
Such a friendly place.
Staff at Park House are lovely. They simply can't do enough for you and are very approachable if you have any problems. They are also very knowledgable about the local area, so can give you handy tips on the best things to see and do.
positive:
Really clean.
This hotel has a very impressive level of cleanliness and everywhere is neat and tidy too, both in guestrooms and in public areas.
positive:
Leisure facilities.
As well as enjoying the evening entertainment provided here, guests at this hotel can also make use of unlimited access to the pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room in its nearby sister hotel.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Hard to stay connected.
The Wi-Fi connection at Park House is quite poor. It only really stretches as far as the ground floor and, even there, it can be quite hit and miss. If you are hoping to spend much time online then you might find it a frustrating experience.
negative:
A bit stuck in the past.
Although they are clean and tidy, many of the guestrooms here do feel rather dated. They could really use a bit of a makeover to give them a more contemporary look. Some rooms are quite small too and a few of the mattresses are a little past their best.
negative:
Room without a view.
While several of the guestrooms offer a delightful vista of the Irish sea, if you are positioned at the back of the hotel, you'll be afforded no such luxury.
