The hotel was found to be a very clean place to stay in. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with new sheets, towels with an airy and bright feel to them. It was a nice surprise to find a clean and new environment in the rooms which is one of the most important aspects of a room.
The outdoor pool was found to be clean and a nice area for the family. The bowling alley is a nice distraction for children and adults. The music and the poolside bar are a good way to spend time and guests felt at ease in the hotel.
The beds, mattresses and rooms were found to be comfortable for a good night's rest. The mattresses were comfortable and the furnishings elegant. Some rooms even had balconies with nice views and were found to be spacious.
Some guests were left concerned with the outright carelessness of the kitchen staff when handling food. Some guests got food poisoning and were concerned it was the hotel's hygiene practices, or lack thereof. For example, hot water was lacking, sneezing over the food and apparently no hand washing.
Some guests felt the heat during their stay. In the middle of the summer in a desert area, they were left with no air-conditioner working and had to stand the heat. If it did work, the system would blow hot air in the room which didn't help the situation.
Some guests were not satisfied with the staffs attitude and general indifference towards their guests. They did not promptly help their guests with particular requests and at times were outright rude. Some did not speak English and made some guests feel uncomfortable.
