It's nice having such lovely staff around
It's always a nice to experience great customer service. The staff are always available for your concerns, and always greet you with a smile and warm welcome. Every guest is treated with respect and appreciation, and don't be surprised if someone remembers your name at a future return.
positive:
Balcony view is amazing and a big plus to have
Starting or ending your day with enjoying the ocean view from the balcony is a notable perk when staying here. All of the rooms provide this, which adds to the already cozy and refreshing ambience.

negative:
Would be nicer if there was a free breakfast
Guests are surprised and disappointed that a free breakfast is not offered. It's one of those little touches that's so common at hotels, yet strangely enough, not provided here. Even a simple tray of pastries would be nice.
negative:
You can't rely on having a steady Wi-Fi signal
Be prepared for having to go elsewhere to get a reliable Wi-Fi signal. The signal at the hotel isn't always strong or available, which is very frustrating to guests wanting to go online within the comforts of their room.
negative:
Outdated, worn down rooms are a big let-down
More is expected from the rooms than what they really are. Furniture and linens are tattered and worn down, fixtures are shoddy, water temperature and pressure is inconsistent, and some of the balconies feel weak.
