Many guests were enthusiastic about the quality and comfort of the beds, which they said were large and made all the difference to their stay, giving them a peaceful and pleasant night's sleep.

Close to the boardwalk and places to try activities like cycling and hiking, as well as being near to restaurants and shops, guests were very pleased with the location of the hotel and found it a pleasant area to visit. Not only is it close to plenty of attractions, but it's also in a quiet spot, giving guests the best possible combination of a peaceful and convenient stay.

Even guests who had issues with the hotel itself said the views from their rooms were spectacular, and were worth a stay for this alone.

A few guests felt that the hotel appeared dated in terms of the building itself, as well as the furnishings and decor, which they described as being 70s style. Some guests found this to be characterful and a good thing, whereas other thought the hotel should be more modernized.

An overwhelming majority of guests found that everything in their rooms was in perfectly good condition. However, there were a small number of guests who said they had broken items in their rooms, including door locks, TVs, hand rails and toilets.

Most guests found their rooms to be cleaned to a good standard, but a small number of guests reported disappointment with the standard of cleaning in their rooms and in the hotel in general. Among the complaints these guests raised were dirty carpets, bathrooms and windows.
