Lovely oasis-like setting
This was by far what most impressed guests about the hotel. It as described as being set in exceptionally lovely park-like grounds that offered guests their own little oasis, which definitely came in handy after a day spent in the hubbub of Cebu City.

Nice pool area
The overwhelming majority of guests really loved the way the pool area was designed and set out, saying it was in a lovely setting. Many also mentioned the private cabanas which are available for hire, which were described as the perfect spot to enjoy the good life…poolside.

Terrific breakfast onsite
Guests were clearly impressed with the breakfast available at the hotel. While they certainly complimented the taste and presentation, what seemed to most impress was that it was usually served on the terrace overlooking the lovely pool, and grounds.

Very difficult to get taxis from the hotel
Several guests mentioned that, due to the specific location of the hotel, it was a bit tricky to hail taxis. It appears that they do not wait outside the entrance, as is the case with many hotels and uber and regular taxi drivers either have difficulty getting to the entrance or are reluctant to pick up fares there.

Could do with a revamp
Many guests felt that the hotel was a bit beyond the date it should have had a full revamp. While not exactly said to be falling apart, guests did believe that a quick refresh, at the very east, was needed to bring the hotel up to standard.

Issues with deposits and charges
Far too many guests for comfort were unhappy with either the way their final bill was calculated or with the amount and way the room deposit was taken off their cards at the start of their stay.
