Guests who were keen to see the famous Hollywood attractions, like the Walk of Fame, mentioned that the hotel was very near to these, meaning they could quite easily walk over to them whenever they wished.

The overwhelming majority of guests were pretty happy with the size of their apartment, with many saying that it was quite a bit bigger than they were expecting.

Guests really liked having the kitchens available, so they could make their own meals, rather than having to always rely on take out or expensive restaurants. Many mentioned that the kitchens were especially well equipped.

Guests complained about multiple extra fees being added to their bill. They maintained that they were definitely not notified that these would attract an extra charge at the time of booking, and were quite upset about having to fork out so much extra cash for everything from parking to cleaning fees.
