Positive Reviews
positive:
Terrifically hospitable owners
It was actually pretty hard to find many reviews that did not praise the owners, James and Anahi, in some way. They were said to be incredibly hands on, and not only offer a warm welcome and friendliness, but also not rest until they were sure that their guests had all they needed for a great holiday.
positive:
Hotel is a “gem”
Quite a number of guests brought up this sentiment. What they seemed to mean was that the property was a small and intimate owner-run villa not far from the mega resorts of the Zona Hotelera district. Guests who booked here were clearly looking for a bit of a slower pace and a change from the “all-inclusive resort” lifestyle. Going by the many positive reviews, it seems that they were very satisfied with their choice, not missing the amenities and crowds at the resorts one bit.
positive:
Amazing breakfast
Guests were pretty obviously very impressed with the breakfast available at the villa. It was said to be prepared with care and skill by the owners themselves and was described as tasty, well presented and certainly a great start to the day.
