The walls at Kings Court are quite thin, so you might be disturbed by noises coming from adjacent rooms and above. Also you might hear taxis pulling up outside.
The showers here don't have the best water pressure. The water is more of a dribble than a jet because the shower heads are quite small, restricting the flow of water.
