The best location
There are many aspects that guests love about this location; there is the perfect proximity to the beach, while Calella is a lovely town, full of things to do, and great shops to visit, while there is a commercial road from Calella all the way to Pinda Del Mar.

Basic rooms
Some visitors have noticed that the lobby at Kaktus Playa has been modernised, but it is in contrast to the guest rooms. Although guests say the rooms are very clean and well-appointed, they are not nearly as modernised as the entrance is. Nonetheless visitors agree that the rooms have everything you might need.
negative:
Chlorine in tap water?
Although there is certainly meant to be chlorine in the tap water, a couple of guests showed some concern about the fact that the smell of chlorine was much stronger than usual. It's best to drink bottled water anyway just to be on the safe side.
negative:
Not such great soundproofing
Most visitors loved their rooms, but would have preferred the walls to be a bit thicker. One guest in particular even heard his next door neighbour snoring during the night. You might want to bring a set of ear plugs with on your next visit.
