About Hotel Zi' Teresa
Hotel Zi' Teresa
is a tranquil and elegant base for exploring the sublime coastal town
of Sorrento and the stunning Bay of Naples. The hotel is close to the
railway station and a few minutes walk from the Piazza.
The 57 en-suite bedrooms are tastefully decorated with air-conditioning. Some rooms, on the upper floors, offer beautiful views of the bay and Mount Vesuvius from their balconies.
The best views of the bay, however, come from the tranquil garden terrace and even the solarium. Hotel Zi' Teresa also offers guests the use of a new swimming pool.
A buffet breakfast and regional specialities can be sampled in the hotel's restaurant. There is also a bar and reading area.
Guests can stroll to the harbour and catch a ferry to the legendary island of Capri. Local bus services can also bring them to other quaint coastal towns such as Positano.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast is limited
Guests are pretty much disappointed with the standard and choice available for breakfast. The worst aspect seems to be the coffee, which appears to be machine made – a sacrilege for an Italian hotel surely!
negative:
Noise travels far
Thin walls, where you can hear your neighbours talking, showering and using the toilet, are bad enough for a lot of guests. However, its not the only nuisance factor. Guests point out that the tiles used on the flooring help sound reverberate around the building far too easily.
negative:
No Wi-Fi
There have been many complaints from guests that the hotel doesn't provide free Wi-Fi. If you want it you have to pay extra. Guests find this a bit much and think that it should be included in the rate.
