The rooms are found to be clean and the beds comfortable for sleeping. The rooms are very spacious and had an airy feeling to them. The rooms have wood furnishings and were found to be charming, with an old style. Guests were happy to find clean accommodations during their stay.
Many guests were happy with their stay given the friendly staff members. The tour guides are said to be knowledgeable and took care of their guests. The staff in general trying their best to make guests feel comfortable and at home. They were also flexible on room selection.
Some guests felt their money was being cheated out of their pockets by the staff members. They would charge for ironing clothes which was never asked for, strange increases in meals and other additional charges.
The housekeeping was found to be very inappropriate by some guests who said they would come into the rooms without notice and stay there for no apparent reason. They found it very strange these people would come in and had no reason to.
There were a couple of guests who had their valuables disappear during their stay at the hotel. Some guests had their computers stolen, wallets, and other valuables. It is sad that some guests were not comfortable staying here because their privacy was broken.
