Hotel Willa Isabel (Gdańsk, Poland)

First time visitors to Poland will find the hotel staff one of their best resources for enjoying their visit to the area. Staff are very willing, and proud, to talk about the area, their country, and special places to visit.

This hotel is situated a little outside of Gdansk, but it is perfect for getting away from the noise of the city. Guests love the fact that they can spend a day out enjoying the bustle of the city, then return in the evenings to the beautiful solitude of the Polish countryside.

The hotel is very nice, but is out of the way for many guests. Located a good twenty minutes away, you have to have a mode of transportation to get to any sort of eateries or entertainment.

This hotel is one of the older buildings in the area, and some of the facilities are not as modern as they could be. Guests report that rooms are generally small, bathrooms have no ventilation, and beds could do with upgrades. There are no lifts.

Many guests have been disappointed to arrive only to find that their room had been promised to someone else. In such instances, guests were given an alternate address, and were not able to stay at the hotel.
